Shipping & In Store Pick-Up

  • Where do you ship from?  Our warehouse is located at 120 Park 42 Suite A, Locust Grove, GA 30248.  
  • Pickup in Store: Our in-store pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.  You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up from the store.  When you come to collect your fabulous new items, please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number to ensure a smooth pick-up experience.
  • How long will it take to receive my order after it's processed? Orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible, usually 3-4 business days after you place your order and it is processed.  Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days.  We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, we can't be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as a wrong address entered on your order, severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
  • How much is shipping?  Shipping costs are based on weight and delivery address.  It will be calculated when you enter your address.
  • When will I receive my tracking number? As soon as your order is prepared and packed, we'll send you the tracking code by email.  Please check your spam/junk folders.
  • My order was lost or stolen, what do I do? Please contact your local post office as soon as possible about your order's whereabouts and put in a claim.
